Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

Untitled_Artwork copy_edited.jpg

Howdy! My name is Carly Diamond and I am a storyboard artist, graphic designer, and illustrator! I am a happy and hardworking Sequential and storyboard graduate from Savannah College of Art and Design.

People find me to be an assertive, goofy, hardworking, self-motivated, team player, with excellent communication skills.

When I am not doing art, you can find me hiking, buying more plants for my apartment, or pretending to be Gordon Ramsey in the kitchen. I am also a lover of puppies, plants, pickles and people! I love making new friends, so if you want to say hello, feel free to contact me anytime via email or social media. Hope to hear from you soon!

(I also love doing community service on the side as well! Making others happy is a huge part of what makes me happiest.

Because of this, I have learned many valuable professional skills such as community outreach, creative services,  and programming. Whether working on academic, extracurricular, or professional projects, I apply proven leadership, research, and creative thinking skills. Ask me about it!)

My Story

I am so happy to have you consider me for your next project! Let me tell you a bit about why I do what I do and why I know you would LOVE to have me as a part of your team!

I was told at a young age that there are two important moments in everyone's life, the moment you are born, and the moment you find out why. I realized quickly that making others happy was my reason. I learned this for the first time through a girl named Katy. Katy was bullied for having down syndrome and because of this, I saw her excluded from a lot of activities from school. But after school each day we would sit in front of the TV and watch PBS while drawing our favorite animals in our notebooks. Although Katy could not express herself the way others could verbally, we shared a common language, and this language was expressed through art. And through this I developed my voice as an artist, storyteller, and also my love for making others happy.

Freelancing has been such a rewarding career so far. I get to work with people from around the world and also get to create products that bring their visions to life. I am very thankful for all of my clients for trusting me with their ideas, and for continuing to trust me and recommend me to others. I am excited to create what you are looking for and to talk more with you soon!

All the best,

Carly Diamond
